Peacock Empress Victorian Wedding Gown OOAK

This stunning handmade Victorian wedding gown was made for an Exhibit in the Springfield WVS art Museum where it was on display for 8 months in 2014. The corset features an emerald jewel toned taffeta hand appliqued with turquoise Indian lace, accented with swarovski crystals and swarovski rhinestones. It is boned with a combination of flat and spiral steel and has a strength layer of German coutil.

The over skirt is made of the same taffeta accented with vintage rhinestone and stamped silver jewelry and peacock feathers, as well as several rhinestone pins in the back bustle. The underskirt is turquoise embroidered Indian lace with hot fixed matching rhinestones. It has a taffeta lining that features a built in flat steel tie cage bustle for accurate Victorian shape.

This one of a kind hand made gown is breathtaking in person, it would be the ideal wedding gown or ball gown for a woman with a unique and elegant flair. Perfect for Steampunk events.
